Self-lubricating lubry free chains

We offer several self-lubricating chain products with different quality and models: Sintered Bushing Chains Maintenance Free Chains O ring and X ring Chain P ring Maintenance
free Chains with internal plastic meshes and external stainless steel PC Maintenance free Chains with PB plastic bushings LS special lubricated chains The Maintenance Free and PC sintered bushing chains are particularly suitable for food and pharmaceuticals and packaging in general. The environment must be dry and with powder of a certain consistency, as this does not jeopardise the effectiveness of the sintered product.

On request there are versions with FG - FGH food lubricant, and these are recommended as they do not dirty the environment and can be re-lubricated, as the sintered bushings are impregnated with lubricant and release it gradually over time Chains with O. X. ring Maintenance Free are particularly suitable in dirty environments, and with fine powders and in humid environments, as the joint of the chain is sealed through the Oring and Xring, therefore the internal lubricant does not escape, ensuring that the parts are sealed The lifespan of the chain is that of the grease inserted inside, this being the real product that ensures the durability of the chain over time.

The chains have an o. x. ring inserted between the inner and outer meshes, for thickness and shielding, where they are housed on the projection of the bushing. In this case, axial play is reduced, therefore it is a more rigid chain, much less elastic and they are also more precise in the transmission of motion In this case the limit, if not declared, is the temperature and the presence of acids or benzenes, which can ruin the tyres, where for the standard chains the use is from -10° to + 80°, while up to + 200° in the version with viton or carrez seals.

The Maintenance-free chains with P. ring are particularly suitable in dirty environments and are perfectly interchangeable with the standard chains. The application characteristics are very similar to o-ring chains, but to a lesser extent, as the shielding is not total but rather containment for grease, therefore it is not suitable in humid environments. The construction of the PTFE P-rings guarantees a seal up to a temperature of +220° and a chemical resistance.

The stainless steel versions in contact with the products are particularly indicated for interchangeability and durability.

The LS lubricated chains are produced on request and are specially lubricated depending on the type of use, Normal versions may be available, for high temperatures, food and ovens (from + 350° + 500°) and for cold (-40° -30°).

To increase the lubrication characteristics, we recommend our automatic continuous lubrication systems SenseAdvance Standard dry chains (without lubrication) - Duration ratio 1 time - Standard chain with manual lubrication - Duration ratio 2 times - Standard lubricated chain with continuous automatic lubrication system - Duration ratio 10 times - Sintered bushing chain (without lubrication) - Duration ratio 4 times - Sintered bushing chain with manual lubrication - Duration ratio 7 times - O. X ring chain (without lubrication) - Duration ratio 6 times - P ring chain (without lubrication) - Duration ratio 4 times - Special LS lubricated chain (without lubrication) - Duration ratio 3 times -
